The Central Library of the College was established at its very inception i.e. 01/09/1948. The Library is located at first floor and second floor of AJC Block with one Reading Room, one Server Room, four Stack Rooms and two urinals. The same is well equipped with fully computerized facilities.

The Library is well ventilated, lighted and aired to facilitate comfortable seating. Readers cutting across the line of staff, students and scholars, can have access to considerably valuable ranges of some rare and old Reference Books, Journals and Periodicals along with continuous regular collection of important Reference Books, Text Books, educational CDs and others.

A total of 52175 numbers of books of different subjects are now in possession (as on 02/02/2020) for all the three running streams of the college like Arts, Science and Commerce in both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses (English and Chemistry).

The College has achieved a number of laurels from various corners for having such a good number of books in our possession, as also approved by the NAAC peer team during their last visit to our college in September, 2016 for 2nd cycle Accreditation.
